I stopped cycling and spinning in the chaos and started using the chaos to create miracles.
My body was unlocking decades of creative energy that has been trapped from trauma.
The things that used to trigger me into periods of anxiety and depression became opportunities for me to create real alchemy in my life.
I had been devoted to my healing for decades, choosing to take responsibility for my life and “doing the work”. So many things in my life were shifting, but my body hadn’t caught up….yet!
This modality gave my soul the gift to come back home this body, as my Living Temple.
And this is why I knew I wanted to share this the world!
